I had high hopes for my stay at 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay, given its amazing scenery and amazing amenities, but the overall experience left much to be desired. While the views and design are stunning, the service was severely lacking, and the dining options felt overpriced for what was offered. It certainly seemed to struggle with maintaining the 5-star experience I was expecting. 🌅
